Emily Merbitz has been a licensed Realtor® since early 2014. In addition to being a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer, she is an honor graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Communication and Marketing. Emily has also earned her Broker's License, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Space Coast Association of Realtors. She has closed over 320 transactions resulting in over $85 million in sales. She is also an investor in the Cocoa Beach Market Center, serves on the Associate Leadership Council, 3x BOLD graduate and also a member of KW Luxury International. Emily was also recently recognized at Mega Camp as the 2022 Cultural Ambassador for the South FL Region.

As a long-time resident of Brevard County, Emily knows the area well. She and her husband have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. As a family, they enjoy all the activities the Space Coast has to offer - the beach, water sports, fishing, biking, soccer, and golf. Emily is an active member of the community and a regular volunteer in her church and in her daughters' schools.
